ReWired app for iPhone and iPad

ReWired is a new all-in-one stroke Recovery, Reflection and Resource tool, built from the ground up with clinical advisors, stroke survivors, carers and family members. With stroke being one of the leading causes of disability within the UK, with almost two thirds of stroke survivors leaving hospital with a disability, this new app aims to initiate your rehabilitation at the earliest point.

ReWired Hub
The ReWired Hub gives you quick access to your most used Recovery tools, view your Reflection Diary or add a new Reflection. Also offering access to the detailed help page on how to use the App if you are struggling. You will also find a personalised greeting at the top of this page that will remind you to complete your rehabilitation activities for that day.

Recovery Tools
The Recovery Tools page is where you will see all the tools available to aid in rehabilitation. Our Aphasia Communication Aid is for users who struggle with verbal communication. We have some exciting plans for future recovery tools too!

The Aphasia Communication Aid offers both Pictograms, for users who struggle to read, and Quick Phrases for those who are able to read but unable to speak. When tapped, text-to-speech will play out loud your selected phrase, helping you to communicate with the people around you.

Reflection Diary
One of the most challenging aspects during stroke recovery can be seeing how far you have progressed during rehabilitation. By utilising the Reflection Diary you are able to quickly log your rehabilitation activities and give yourself ratings so you can watch yourself progress over time.

Resources
The Resources is the last section you will find in ReWired, from which you can access vast amounts of useful information about stroke, access support and find the additional tools you need to aid in your rehabilitation journey.
